My path
I've always been fascinated by what shapes us.

My journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Studies, where I explored the emotional, social and psychological development of children from birth to eight years old. Studying attachment, emotional regulation and the ways we learn to relate to ourselves and others gave me a foundation that continues to influence everything I do today.

Alongside my studies, life became its own classroom. Becoming a mother to three children in just over three years offered an education that no textbook could provide. It deepened my understanding of connection, co-regulation, resilience and the extraordinary ways we grow through relationship.

In 2016, my attention shifted towards the body. I trained in Aromatherapy Massage in Oslo before continuing my studies in Closing the Bones, Cupping Therapy and Myofascial Release, first with Simon Poxon and later through Anatomy Trains. Working with fascia and therapeutic touch revealed something that fascinated me: our stories are not only remembered by the mind, but often expressed through the body.

As my work evolved, I found myself drawn towards understanding the more subtle aspects of human experience. This led me to study with the Akashic Records Academy in Singapore, where I completed an Immersive Teacher Training in 2019. What I appreciated most about this work was not the mystical language often associated with it, but the grounded way it invited presence, deep listening and a different quality of awareness. It expanded the way I held space and eventually led to me being invited back to Singapore to offer sessions within the academy.

And as my journey continued, I was invited into experiences that expanded my understanding of consciousness and deepened my relationship with myself. Through these experiences, I began to recognise familiar states of presence and perception that I had first encountered through the Akashic work, experienced through a different doorway. Rather than changing the direction of my work, they deepened my understanding of integration, discernment, and the importance of allowing insight to become lived experience.

Today, I continue to learn. I'm currently training in Family Constellation Therapy, an ongoing 15-month programme exploring how family systems, inherited patterns and belonging shape our lives. Like everything that has come before it, it isn't replacing my work—it's adding another layer to how I understand what it means to be human.

Looking back, I can see that every stage of my journey has been asking the same question:

How do we come home to ourselves?

My work today brings together developmental psychology, bodywork, emotional integration and embodied awareness. I don't see these as separate disciplines, but as different ways of understanding the same human experience.

I don't believe healing is about fixing what is broken.

I believe it's about creating the conditions where we can listen more deeply: to our bodies, our emotions, our relationships and ourselves.

When we learn to stay present with our experience, rather than rushing to explain or change it, something remarkable begins to happen.

We remember that the wisdom we've been searching for has never been outside of us.
